Great hotel, great service, really nice indoor heated pool with a hot tub. Breakfast was really good as well! Would definitely book this hotel again!
The staff was very accommodating our family of seven. They gave us the last adjoining room without even being asked. We appreciated the clean rooms and utilized the weights and exercise equipment. The swimming pool and hot tub were enjoyed by our family. The friendly staff really topped off our trip. Julia in the kitchen was so attentive to the guests and very friendly. We appreciated the wide selection of breakfast and Julia made sure that everyone enjoyed their dining experience by keeping the area clean with a nice atmosphere. Pete, Working on maintenance was very friendly as he was doing his work. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.
Great location, nearby shopping and close to frwy. Excellent front desk, Bri (Brionna) polite, helpful, professional and friendly service. Would stay here again. If you have never been to Bob's Big Boy there is one next door. You can get just burger to try, excellent too.
We drove an extra 45 minutes to get to a Hampton Inn. Was absolutely delighted they had an indoor pool and hot tub. Was wonderful to sit in their hot tub after a long drive. The connecting rooms was great for the 4 of us. Everything was top notch
Room was new, clean and spacious. Right off the highway but still quiet. Taking off a half star for the breakfast - adequate, but would not stay here solely for the food:)
Great location close to a lot of eateries and shopping. Easily accessible to the highway. Rooms are comfortable enough and clean. The employees are very kind and helpful. Pro tip: get to breakfast early because items go fast. I did ask if they had more yogurt and she was so helpful and brought out more. The coffee is delicious!!
Had to stop due to the winter storm hitting Chicago and Cleveland. It was clean and importantly allowed dogs and right next to the highway. Free biscuit and gravy for breakfast and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. It was a good spot!
Loved my room. My room and the hotel was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere . It is just 1 mile or less to my destination. I liked the variety of choices at the breakfast bar. Especially because there was protein included. I liked having the digital room key and not having to keep track of a physical key. I loved being able to check in and out digitally as well.
